I need some vegetarian collard green recipes. I have only made them with bacon and I am now vegetarian so no bacon for me

Have you tried checking out a site called The Flaming Vegan? They have WONDERFUL!!! recipes; I use it alllllll the time I'm vegetarian myself. There are also plenty of cookbooks also. I jusst find this more useful than trying to list a bunch of recipes. 0
