can you hit a stall?

I've been at this for awhile. Started in September. I lost 33 pounds, and then found out I was pretty sick (didn't know) so I went back to eating more to try and gain some weight back. I didn't but I'm cleared now to return back to dieting. I've been eating 1,200 since I started (not very active) but now it seems like 1,200 is maintenance for me. Any advice?

I'm 5'2-5/3 and 125 pounds. I would like to maybe make it down to 110-1150

Then you need to get accurate. Small calorie deficits need to be precise.3

How long have you been healthy and eating accurately 1200 calories daily and not losing weight?2

You think your maintenance calories 1200 calories? How long have you been tracking your intake? If you think your calorie tracking is correct, then you need to lower it by 100 calories until you reach your goal.0

About three weeks! I was eating the same amount of calories for about six to seven months before I took that little break and I was even at a stall then.0 -

I've been tracking calories since June. I started this app about late july. I took a break just recently for about a month and now I've been counting my calories again for 3 weeks.

Persist at 1200 calories for another week. You experience water retention at ovulation and at menstruation. As a young woman the daily and weekly fluctuations can drive you nuts. Care about the monthly trend.1 -
Please don't if there's a horse in the stall. You might spook it.1

As a shortie I'd recommend keeping your calories at 1200 and gradually increasing your exercise to lose some weight. Going lower than 1200 is too hard to stick with as there is no room for any treats while also meeting basic nutritional requirements.2
