Hello world! I'm new-ish. I opened my account a while ago, but didn't use it. I had just gotten out of an abusive relationship during which I gained about 50 lbs, and afterwards I was dealing with the pain and stress by drinking, a lot. I didn't gain any more weight while doing that, but I did lose a lot of muscle mass, so I gained fat. I quit the boozing and am now trying to be the best and healthiest person I can be. I just started the c25k, only I think I need to do each week twice as I'm so out of shape and I don't want to risk an injury. I'm also starting to do some body weight exercises to regain some of my muscle back.
I hope to make some friends, maybe join a group. Hopefully I'm posting this in the correct place as I'm still unfamiliar with the interface.
