total hsterectomy with out HRT or ERT

I had to have a total hsyterectomy in my 20's due to endometroisis. I was not put on hormone or estrogen replacement due to a blood disorder that makes my blood really thick. I have had a pulmonary embolism and struggle with blood clots. Ever since my surgery I have never felt like myself and stuggle with depression and self esteem issues. I am now 40 and when I look in the mirror I don't even know who I am. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you deal with it? TIA I love this community and the support you all give!
