I am starting all over again myself. I have been logging everyday and going to the gym almost everyday, since the elliptical is low impact, it makes it possible. Trying to eat better too. I have to say, this week has been a good week. I am happy to be doing this.....again.0

Starting over again as well. Lost 45 lb then gained about 30 back over 3 years. I always start off strong but can’t keep up the motivation or consistency. Hopefully this time is different.1
