CUTTING: training and nutrition tips?

Hey all!

Who on here is an athlete/training like an athlete and currently cutting?

I'm not competing this year (I didn't get to bulk enough because of an illness) but I know it's the season for a lot of y'all! I'm still lifting 5-6 days/week, doing HIIT 3-4 days, and fitting in as much outdoor/aerobic cardio and restorative yoga as I have time for. I exercise 2-3 hours a day most days; I'm trying to be just as serious about my training as if I were competing.

Anyways, now I'm cutting for the summer so I can look good on the beach before I try to bulk again to compete next year. Do y'all have any favorite tools for cutting? Particular exercises, techniques, or methods? Golden macro ratios? I wanna experiment with different approaches so I know what works best for me when I'm cutting for competition.
