New to Discussions~

I've been using MFP for some time, however, have not introduced myself or used the message boards.
Since last May, I have lost some 55 pounds and am currently hovering around 180: hard to break into the 170's and maintain the weight .... anyhow, it was life changes for me and simply eating health [no or very limited carbs ...].
Looking for other dudes who are in to getting fit; as well, want to start an exercise regimen.

    I too have used mfp in the past, but never got into the discussions until this time around. I love the calorie counting for cutting although I don't like how the exercises are done so I don't log mine. I've found a few great apps for recipes as well. There are old staple of chicken and brown rice gets really tiresome lol.
