Trying to get back on track

Hello all- I will be 40 this year and I just want to feel and look my best. I want to be my healthiest version I can be. I do well all day long and then blow it when I come home. Ugh! So frustrating every morning I start new cause I screwed up the night before. I am posting in this group so that maybe I can get some accountability and make it through a whole day on track and then the next and so on. Hopefully make some friends with similar scenarios. My name is Lindsay and I’m a foodie! And of course great wine. Good gracious.....
