My name is Nora, this is the first time ever that I have lasted 20 days of eating healthy. All my life I have struggle with my weight. I could never find the enough motivation to keep me going. Just 24 days ago my coworker was flabbergasted at what I was eating. I normally don't work with this person. However for over a month now I have been working her regularly. So she stated,"I hate you! How can you eat junk food and fast food everyday and you don't gain weight?". I asked myself that question a million times for 3 days!!! How? How was it possible I ate crap everyday McDonalds for breakfast, starbucks coffee or frappucino, KFC or Panda Express for lunch and again fast food for dinner. I repeated this same pattern since as long as I can remember. At that time my coworker asked I had not weight myself in awhile. But I know I was at least 210. What I ate everyday and lived a sedentary life all my life I should be a diabetic, weight at least 600lbs and have vitals signs off the charts. However I do weight a lot because I think over the years the food finally caught up to me most of it I gained during nursing school. Have not been able to get that weight off!! So anyways my blood pressure has always been almost perfect, not a diabetic, nothing wrong me except I experienced vertigo last year. Other than that no health problems whatsoever. So this coworker I will forever thank her btw and I don't even like her one bit (if everything works for me as planned) open my eyes. So it made me think if you can eat fast food everyday and junk food everyday and no exercise imagine what you can do if you change your evil unhealthy ways?? So here I am 14lbs lighter 19 days later!!!! My God why didn't I see this before?? I don't know but OMG please help me achieve my goals. Sorry for the long introduction just had to say it out loud so loud and clear to make myself believe it. Please if anyone read this I need tips on how to stay motivated. God bless you!
