Weightloss plateau ... ?

So I have been using MFP for 5 weeks .. I am on a 1200 calorie diet.. I excercise at least 5 times a week and usually eat back 50-75% of the calories I burn .. sometimes I have a day where I eat a little more than my recommended intake, but only an extra 100 or 200 calories(still under bmr) ..
So, the first 3 weeks went really well and I lost 8 lbs .. I thought hey this is great and its working !! But I havent lost anything for the 2 weeks !!! Its been frustrating .. after stepping on the scale last week and not seeing any results .. I made sure I stuck to the plan this week while hiking and biking everday too ! And still the scale didnt budge !!!
Have any of you experienced this on your weightloss journey ?? Am I doing something wrong ?? I feel like it is too early on to hit a plateau (I weight 183.. and im still 13 lbs "overweight" for my age and height) and Ive only lost 8 out of the 40 that I plan yo lose! .. any tips on how to get past this and start losing again ????
Help !
