Carb Cycling

Just wondering how this works. I haven't researched it yet but have heard a lot of people talking about it. Do you eat lower carb certain days and higher carbs other days? What is the carb limit for low days/high days? How many days of each per week? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Well for me it's kinda carb cycling because I cycle my calories. I have to eat an average of 1700 calories a day to lose weight, but I eat 1200 (low carb) on my non exercise days, 1800 (moderate carb) on my cardio days and 2000 (high carb) on my lifting days. It works better for me since I'm hungry on the days that I exercise. I keep protein the same but play around with carbs and fats! I'm not too rigid about the carb grams but on my 1200 days I can eat between 50-70g and on the other days it's 150g roughly, then on my high carb days it's 250g.1
