Hi. I would very much like some friends on here to keep each other motivated. I have lost 40kg since 2015 which is 88lbs and now I'm focusing more on a balanced diet and strength training. Still have about 40-50kg to go so nowhere near done yet. Hope I get some adds

Hi Lily am a restarter on MFP too, just started my 2nd week Thurs -Thurs is my week, as diets starting on a Monday fail, a bit of my own theory! I lost 3 1bs first week, which was less than was expecting, and was at Morrrisons when should have been getting tea prepared, when bought fresh tiger bread, wine gums and a raspberry magnum!!! have eaten some crusty bread and butter, wine gums and the magnum now, so aim to drink loads of water rest of evening, followed by reaminder of the evening till fall asleep on the loo! no one eats on the loo do they??!( over by 500 calories today!
