Do you work Overnights? Need Advice!

I just started a new job. I’m away from home from 5pm until about 4am. Do I skip breakfast and wake up to eat lunch? Or do I still do breakfast lunch and dinner but 3 hours apart and only pack protein snacks for work?

What do you do? I need to stay awake, so nothing heavy that’ll make me sleepy during my shift. Thanks!
