Excercise and calories

Hi guys. So my goal is to eat 1400 calories a day but today i did over 100 minutes of excercise which included a challeging ( and amazing!) spin session. If i am feeling hungry due to the energy spent is it OK to go over my calorie allowance (whilst being sensible of course!). Thanks yall

Your daily goal is 1400 + exercise calories.
Only on a non exercise day would your goal be 1400.5 -
Did you log your workout in MFP? Because your goal would be 1400 calories & additional "earned" exercise calories. So yes, it's okay (encouraged even) to eat back exercise calories. Too large deficits aren't a good thing.
