Cutting down on added sugar

I am cutting down on added sugar in my food plan. I want to be able to eat sweets one day in moderation but find myself unable to do so right now. I am revamping my food plan to include more foods in their natural state instead of foods loaded with too much sugar or fake sugar. I am working on creating a lifelong sustainable change. I am looking for other people who are going through a similar situation.

    As you revamp, work it into your forever plan and be sure that you learn to schedule and control treats.
