Do you lose more if you just use daily calories recommended and don't use calories burned while training? Cheers

You lose fat according to the calorie deficit you're actually in over time. So when losing weight, it's important that you don't try to eat too little, because you'll be prone to rebound overeating, consciuosly or subconsciously - as a reward, or comfort, or cheat.2

Yes, but you could potentially lose more muscle and risk effects of malnourishment depending on how low your calorie intake/high your deficit is3
