How to attach a picture into my post? Who can teach me?

    If you have an android phone you have to download another app to upload it here. It's a lot of steps but if you really want to upload pics it is possible lol. You have to download an app (I used imgur) then upload the pic to the app. From the app you have to share the pic by copying the link to your clipboard. On the thread you want to upload in myfitnesspal hold down in the reply box until the paste option comes up. Then you have to take the link and paste it between [img][/img] and add .jpg to the end of the link ...so ([i m g ] link.jpg[/i m g]) without spaces between the letters. I just had to put the spaces so you could see it without it trying to turn into a pic lol. hope that helps!
