I did alpha and beta last summer and am thinking of running through it again if I can get it from the library. I found it to be hard on the knees though. I can run an hour and do kickboxing and heavy weights, but T25 left my knees sore.1

Hi
That's awesome. Kickboxing and MMA is in my future after building condition.
I know what you mean about knees. I went through a tough time (barely any weight tolerated even walking) after running daily.
Fine now, with kefir, kombucha and relaxing.
Most important. I learnt about balancing my feet. I tend to turn my feet and put weight on the outer edges. Possibly weak.inner thighs. Learnt to plant feet flat and press big toes into ground. Also no stomping... 'contact the ground' 'spread the toes' is probably why Shaun T kept emphasizing these two points.
Imbalanced weight on feet = pressure on knees. Also stretching.
Read this all in professional physiotherapy publications and research reports. Condensed here.
So watching my foot placement and doing my stretches. Staying aware0
