Motivation Tips

I’ve been an avid runner for years and in general eat healthily too. The older I get, the harder it is to keep the weight off and to stay motivated.....any tips to keep me on track?

    you sort of just need to find your why, Research your hows, Find something you can stick to and then do it anyway. Because its reasonable to you, And you want it. Look for determination, But also have back up plans and back doors set in place to prevent complete failures and falling off the wagon.
