I keep seeing ads for A2 Milk. It comes from cows that produce milk with only this protein. Apparently some people who are dairy intolerant are actually sensitive to a certain A1 protein in milk. A2 eliminates the offending protein from the cows diet and some people are able to drink milk again. This is not an altered chemical process, it's based on the cows diet. Just wondered if anyone knew about this or has tried it?

I've seen some farmers I follow talk about it. I think it's certain breeds of dairy cow can produce the milk (jerseys maybe?) and with specific breeding and maintaining lines a dairy farm can produce this kind of milk. It's pretty interesting stuff.

Saw it in the store for the first time today but have no knowledge of it. I was curious about it.
