I swear to god, PMS makes my stomach like a sieve. I cannot stay full. Also, #bloating.

    You're not supposed to stay full, just to be satisfied after meals.

    I have the same problem, for days I am never satisfied and have to force myself to say no more. Even had to ask my hubby to put a jar of speckled eggs out of my reach yesterday #doh
