Honestly, my weight loss graph is finally remaining on a downward pattern.. But it's been so fluctuated throughout this journey. I'd love to keeeeep it this way & i think it'd be a lot easier if I had a friend in this. All my loved ones are either super duper skinny or in denial about their health issues or both. I don't have anyone to relate to irl
