    Starting weight-145
    Lost all the baby weight her 1st birthday and then put back on 5lbs. I really want to lose 10 total. I just need to pay closer attention to my eating.

    Second update! Loss is a bit steep right now but I'm trying to overhaul both what I eat and how I think about food, so adjustments will slow down later in the month I expect.

    So impressed with the community here by the way -- so many strong people supporting each other!

    Ok, that’s 10 pounds a week. I started Keto diet on the last day of April and I never expected such results in just one week. I’m sure it’s just water and it will slow down, we’ll see how much it’ll be by the end of the month :)

    I lost 9lbs in the first week of keto, I was amazed! But, yes, it will slow down a bit just keep going---it's worth it!
