If you'd like to give us some details about what you're experiencing, maybe we can help.

What is your goal? Lose, gain, or maintain weight? Improve your body composition?

What are you trying? Calorie reduction, or some sort of special diet? Exercise?

What have your results been so far? No change, just a little change?

I try to think of it this way:

Even at an obese BMI, I am going to be healthier if I am eating mostly veggies, protein and healthy fats than I am eating mostly Big Macs and french fries. I am going to be healthier if I move than of I don't.

And if I am going to eat better and move more, I might as well take the time to track so that eventually I can be smaller, too. No matter what the scale says this week.

Depends on your habits and accountability.

As I get older see my weight creep up. Always been big. Played college football and bmi always has sucked. Around 275 would like to get to 260 and stay there.
