Creating comparative graphs

Has anyone found a way to download all their data successfully into either Google spreadsheets or Excel? I want to create graphs of my habits and results over time to identify correlations. As I understand it, the premium subscription would allow me to download my data, but is CSV an easily usable format for Google spreadsheets? In fact, is there a free app that would allow me to do this all?

Great question and I hope someone can help you technically with an answer. My only suggestion is to download a weight tracker app. Good luck!0
