I've ate alot more then normal recently and feel really bloated hopefuly I won't gain alot of weight. Can 3 days of bingeing do that to you? I hope not.
Also it's been mostly sugar and carbs.

It's all a matter of calories. If three days of overeating = 3500 calories more than you burned, you'll gain a pound. Compensate by eating a little less for a few days and it'll all even out over time.0

can eating more than you should make you gain weight?

It's all about long term trends.
One day of overindulgence almost never makes any difference whatsoever. Three days is getting you on the wrong path, turn this ship around. You won't gain a ton of weight in 3 days but you want to break this trend now.0
