Hello. I guess I’m writing on here because even though I’ve had this app for a few years, I’ve dipped in and out but never really stuck to using it. At a friends wedding last weekend I saw some photos of myself and quite frankly, it’s been enough to force a real change in me. Even though I’m not hugely overweight, at 35 and pretty fit, I struggle to keep my weight down and I’m quite frankly fed up. At 5ft 4 I’m short and weighed in at 11 stone 1, which I’m really unhappy with. I usually fluctuate around the late 10’s but past 11’is just not ok. Enough is enough, and after reading some articles on reddit about CICO, something in me has finally clicked...apply all the knowledge I have, eat healthy, execise, don’t eat until your hungry and stop when you’re full, most most importantly, LOG EVERYTHING. I really wanted to stick with this now and hoping to see positive results. Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated! X
