12 Week transformation

Hi, my name is Becky i'm 21 and my friend has set up a website called "all natural transformations" http://allnaturaltransformations.com/ and basically one of the challenges is to transform my body in 12 weeks through diet and exercise! my goal weight is 8st 7, i am currently at 9st 1 so would like to shift them pounds whilst also toning my body. I live in such a small town so the gym is pretty useless and so im having to try and be creative with exercises in the home. Within the 12 weeks i am going to try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred but i need some other exercises to keep me going, any ideas?
