Exercise calories

Is there a setting to stop MFP from adding my exercise calories to my daily total "remaining"? I could do the math myself, but sometimes after a 50 minute Kettlebell/crossfit class I just want to veg out.

No. If you post this in technical support they post a comment about how they discourage people from doing this. The way the system is meant to be used, they expect exercise to be accounted for by logging it and eating those calories back.
If you prefer not to have a net calorie system, I would strongly suggest figuring your TDEE and creating a deficit from that, then changing your goals manually. MFP calculations are far too low if you don't account for exercise at all.0 -

A lot of my friends log exercise and just put it as 1 calorie so they can see what they did but not have the calories added in.0
