i made my goal. and i maintained.
And then I didn't. and I got back up to 170lbs.

No motivation got me moving for a long time. But now i have a NSV goal. I'll be doing some work in front of a camera at a stunning location that rarely gives permission for model photography in August. I joined the runselfierepeat people with a goal to improve my half marathon. if my body allows, i'd like to do a marathon


My goal is aim for 135 or 140 but to be a better version of me. so overall, healthier choices. calorie deficit (food scale is on my shopping list). added more strength and flexibility.

currently, I'm a member of the turtle running group.

I learn and teach aerial yoga and aerial hammock. learning lyra(aerial hoop). I plan on picking up poi and maybe contact staff again.

challenges: a long commute with 40+ hours work schedule. an autoimmune that is like fibro. no significant other to share the burden like i had last time. 2 sleeping disorders. clinical depression and anxiety. 2 resident dogs, 1 foster dog and often dog sitting another dog which makes running with them difficult.
