PCOS

I have PCOS And Hypothyroidism.
My highest weight was 244.8 last year September 21st when I started.
Today I am 229.4
I had gone down to 215 before Christmas and then let myself get out of control.
I had lost the weight still eating carbs like bread or potatoes but just weighed, measured and limited how much I had.
I had replaced 2 of my meals with shakes but will be doing real food for all my meals this time around.
I have a short term goal of getting to 200lbs before it snows this year as planning to order a new bed.
Current bed is a Full/Double but wanting to downgrade to a smaller bed as Double is too big.
But there is a weight limit on the Twin beds.
I do not do much exercise because of arthritis in my ankles and knees.

Any tips?

Read the stickies. Prelog food. Eat food you like. Aim to eat balanced and varied. Manage stress.
