Losing the last twenty pounds!!

Hi everyone, over the past 6ish months I’ve lost around 95lbs. However, there’s still some belly fat left obviously and I’m trying to finally get rid of it. I’m 18, 6’3, and currently weigh 199lbs. I’m wondering, do you think losing 20 more lbs will do the trick? Or could some of it be loose skin? Here’s some before and after pics to try to show perspective

Congratulations on your success! Like you, I found that the belly was the last place to lose weight. I can't tell you how many pounds you'd need to lose to make it as small as you want it to be, but it's easy to see that what you are doing is working. Keep going!1

You are doing great! I was always told if you want to get lean...you must eat lean. Research what foods cause the most belly fat.7

No particular foods "cause the most belly fat". Eating more calories than you burn causes fat. Eating less calories than you burn causes fat loss, but where you gain/lose it from is determined by your genetic fat distribution.
If you want to get lean, you need to eat less calories than you burn. You have no control over where the fat comes off your body, and for many people the midsection is the last place it goes from.
OP, congratulations on your weight loss so far. There's no telling exactly how many more pounds it will take, but the best thing you can do is continue to eat at a caloric deficit while getting adequate protein intake and engaging in a well designed strength training program (the latter two to minimize muscle loss while losing the fat). Unfortunately, chances are good that your belly/midsection will be the most stubborn fat to lose (do a Google search for "android fat distribution).11
