Exercise question?

I have A LOT to do tomorrow, so probably this is me just being lazy but if I exercise after midnight before I go to sleep, does that count as tomorrows exercise? Or would it be like extra for today?
Just trying to figure out how to plan my day tomorrow

You can exercise before midnight and count it for tomorrow. Your body won't know the difference, and I won't tell. ;D0

It really doesn't matter. Try to think in terms of weekly averages.0

I wouldn't do it.
Last person I know that did that, died.0 -
it's not tomorrow until i wake up.0

It doesn't matter wither way, but if I exercised after midnight it would seriously disrupt my sleep. I personally would do it earlier or ditch it.
Think of it as a cost-benefit situation. If you exercise tonight, and then don't get enough sleep and are dragging *kitten* all day tomorrow, are you really ahead of the calorie game? Because you probably cut tomorrow's NEAT significantly. Food for thought.0 -

Dang it, why do you have to make so much sense?!0 -
I exercise late at night all the time. If I were to workout after midnight, I would personally log it for today. I don't think it really matters either way though.0

not sure why ithe OP would care which day she logged it under. she should have a workout schedule that will basically say she needs to get X number of workouts in a certain time period. I lift 4x per week. If I try to cheat a day, I've still missed a day and won't get the benefits of that day. You can lie to MFP but not your body.
and why would working out before going to sleep interrupt that person's sleep? for some people, sure, but it's not a universal thing by any stretch.0 -
