Hi. I am new to Krav Maga & wondered if anyone else takes it. Any pointers? Thanks!

    I took Krav Maga for a while. It is great for physical training and self-defense. The moves are practical, and works off of how your body already reacts. Designed to finish the fight as quickly as possible, while inflicting maximum damage. Not meant for UFC type fighting or anything else. Eye gouges, bashing to private areas, and throat hits are some of the key moves. Hitting in vital areas basically. :) It works great with my Army Combatives training.
