Trying keto, any suggestions?

I am very new to dieting and keto I have heard so much about so I'm giving it a try

    The first 3-5 days can feel pretty crappy!

    But this might help make the transition a lot smoother
    - fast for 24hrs to help deplete glycogen stores
    - Drink chicken broth
    - Consume more sodium
    - Consume more potassium ( "No Salt" salt substitute that contains lots of potassium)
    - Be strict with your diet or you will feel sick longer

    Doing this will help make the transition smoother and you may not feel bad at all
