Starting over on keto

I am so frustrated with weight loss! Was on keto flt 2 months, lost 5 while husband lost 15!! Started over on Monday but gained 1 pound since Monday!! Please help

    Stop comparing yourself to others.
    Stop complaining, start taking responsibility.
    Stop conflating weight fluctuations with fat gain and loss.
    Stop doing the same over and over and expecting different results.
    Start educating yourself.
    Start eating food you like, but not too much.

    Do you track your calories? While some people eat less just by eating keto, not everyone does. If the whole point of keto for you is a meal plan that doesn't require counting, you made need a different mix to feel "naturally" satiated.

    I just started today tracking cals, fat, protein and carbs. Hopefully that will help me keep better track

    Monday was only 4 days away. Weight fluctuates a lot throughout the week so I wouldn't consider that 1lb gain a major disappointment. Give it time! My husband also seems to lose weight at a drop of a hat while it takes me much longer. Don't compare. It'll drive you nuts. For now throw that scale in a deep dark place and focus on your activity levels and what you're eating.
