My only regular exercise is walking, so that “one foot in front of the other” song does it for me.

^^^ Shape of You is a good one!

It really depends what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes it's country music, some days it's gangsta rap or EDM. I have playlists for every occasion.

Bombs over Baghdad - OutKast. Every time I hear it while running I feel like I always get a second wind

I work out at home early in the morning (stupid o’clock) while my kids are asleep so I never have any music. But this morning it finally felt like spring and the birdsong was a pretty awesome backing track!

My primary form of exercise is road cycling...so I'm usually just listening for traffic.

I stumbled on Hardwell’s Don’t Stop the Madness and that’s my go-to song for ramping up a workout. Try it and you’ll find yourself pushing harder than you ever thought you could!
