Had a baby boy 3 months ago,self esteem boost needed, time to get into routine!

I gave birth to a healthy baby boy 3 months ago and now it's time to get to work on my body and self esteem! I just hope I can stay motivated. I'm happy with my weight I just need to tone, firm and hopefully build a little muscle! I just want to be the healthiest version of me

    Congratulations on your baby boy! I had twins 8 months ago, and I'm just now getting back into a healthy eating/exercise routine. It's so hard to find the time when you have little ones!

    Congratulations and remember to take your time. I couldn't get enough sleep to even think about working out until my son was 8 months old. Remember to give yourself everything you need during this time. You can always work on toning and strengthening but you'll never get these first few months back with the baby.
