Hey guys,
I’m into my fitness and am one of those nutters who loves the gym and see it as my treat time.

I mainly do HIIT cross trainer for cardio, TRX, weights and strength training. Unfortunately I can’t do my usual outdoor and indoor running at the mo due to a dodgy lower back issue (hopefully getting it finally diagnosed and fixed soon)

Where are any of you guys training and if you want to swap low calorie high protein food ideas, I’ve got a big list of recipes (such a healthy food bore right now!

    West Midlands here :)
I swim most days and am trying to get running and weights back in my schedule for a half marathon in July.

Low calorie, high protein is how I decide on all food prep! hehe.
Been off my game for a couple of months but looking to get back on track.

Currently I am loving chicken cooked in the wok with paprika, garlic salt and chilli flakes, then add carrots and peas or whatever veg you like, then at the end add eggs til cooked. Kind of binds it together a bit and it all tastes great. Grate some cheese on top and voila :) 425 cals for around 50g of protein. (or 340 cals for 45g protein if you skip the cheese - but I am a cheese fiend)
