I've been on my weight loss journey for over 2 years now. In that time frame I've lost 127 lbs. using Weight Watchers and exercise. But the past 4 1/2 months I have been yo-young and I'm over it. I still have, roughly, 50 pounds to lose and I'm hoping a change in "plans" is what I need to get back in gear.
