Post pregnancy/busy moms

Hi. I’m 5 weeks postpartum (baby #3). With each baby I gained 10lb that I could never seem to get rid of. I breastfeed, so I’m hungry all the time. And cravings are worse now than they were when I was pregnant. My goal is to lose 30lb. That would get me to where I was pre-kids. :) Hoping this app and the community within will be a good way to keep track of my plan and achieve my weight loss goals. My kids are 3, almost 2, and 5 weeks old. I’m 25. My husband and I own a Coffee Roasting business. I go through phases where I’m really motivated, and then not. I’m busy and exhausted, but I really want to do this!! Any tips on how to reach my goal are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Goodluck to you on your journey. If I can help you in anyway let me know. Just stay in control of your diet and get some exercise. Also does your coffee business have a website I would like to order some to show support and I love coffee.
