I have been a member here for a while, but new to counting micros. Trying to get back down to my ideal height / weight ratio. Would love to have more friends doing the same thing and ideas on meal prep for easy logging.

I have been a member for a while, tried WW, a few other programs & getting nowhere... I truly suck at this.. Today I bought Premium.. (not sure what difference it will make). I am not a breakfast person, honestly busy & not much for prepping.. I'm always running around... So here I go again, trying to lose 30 lbs.0
