the short story , i am 50 years old and disabled and gains over 130 + or - pounds since i got hurt, i can't exercise do to my disability so this makes so much hard to loose weight , so far MyFitnessPal has been an eye opener . didn't really see how bad my eating habits where till i starting logging on here . my Biggest Vise is Soda . that has been the worse part .. so i am not doing all healthy choices . but so far this system is working for me . If you would like to add me as a friend , i could use some help going this diet . and soon as i fine out how to add people to my friends list :)gcynewtvtaoz.jpg

    Hello Scott. My dear wife is overweight and has a lifetime of bad food habits to undo as she is beginning her tentative journey toward a healthy weight. She has for many decades been an addict of Coca-Cola. Coke Classic, as it were, 150 calories per 8 oz. In fact, her main source of calories is the sugar in Coke. I thank the Sugar Nazis of New York and Philadelphia for forcing the Coca-Cola Company to introduce Coke Zero and Coke Cherry Zero. Recently she has discovered that she can make a perfectly good Vanilla Cream Coke using Half-N-Half, Vanilla extract, and Coke Zero. Boom! she's lost 2 lb in the last week. There's been nothing more to it.

    My point is, you can enjoy your drinks without so danged many calories.
