I am at the weight I was when I stopped mfp. Ready to start again.

I know timing does not matter, just calories, but I am going to try to eat about 3 hours apart without snacking in between. I got fat, 100 calorie snack at a time. I am not set on the timing, more the only eating at meals/planned snack.

Also, I am walking now. I have a dog and I walk him every night. I had a mentor who suggested walking every day. It was a small request and I had trouble following through.

I could stand to lose 50 lbs. I am going to try to focus on smaller goals. I have no set date.

I have a fitbit linked to mfp and I like the way it adjusts calories to exercise.
