30, female, really enjoy strength training but need to cut expenses, so the gym membership has to go and with it, my acess to a squat rack (and if I'm honest, I don't get to the gym often enough to make it worth it anyways). I'm moving to a new apartment building next month that has a small fitness room. If memory serves, there's a set of dumbbells, an elliptical, a treadmill and a multi-gym/home-gym. Does anyone know of any full body routines using only the multi-gym and dumbbells?

This isn't a multi gym routine, but you may be able to adapt it.

This one gives you barbell, dumbbell, and machine alternatives. Again may be able to adapt to what you have available.

You may want to see what you can come up with for a routine then run it past the more experienced on this site to check if it is ballanced.
It would be a good idea to state your goal and where you are in your diet, loss, gain, or maintain, as well as your lifting experience so far.
Cheers, h.
You could research the multigym and see if there is a routine that meets your goal.0
