Any Oxfordshire / Midlands fitness foodies out there?

Hi all,

I love keeping fit and need it for my job which is a good motivator.

I like running, gym, horseriding, dancing salsa, snowboarding, learning to windsurf this year...

I have a huge appetite and have to tailer my diet to low gi, high protein otherwise I'm hangray all the time!!! I love to cook and I love all food and eat everything apart from junk food / packet food.

I'm cooking loads of lovely healthy but most importantly, tasty stuff at the moment so happy to share ideas and listen to your ideas too.

I like to do my local park run (Banbury) and I sign up to a couple of 10k's a year. Current 5k time is around 26:50-27:50 and trying to get better although I'm naturally more of a sprinter.
