Be in a caloric deficit and you'll lose weight.5

Best thing is to go and see your physician... maybe he can prescribe you another medication. I wouldn't rely on answers given by non-physicians in a public forum regarding medication. I wish you all the best!3

Are you trying to maintain, or are you trying to lose?
Fluctuations are normal. If you're on point with your tracking -- so that means in a deficit/at maintenance (depending on your preference), measuring everything, not skipping logs, not using cups and spoons to measure -- and you're gaining weight, that's not normal.
Talk to your doctor. See if there are other options. But only do that if you are 95 percent sure that your logging and tracking and weighing is flawless.1
