G'day there!
After years of going through the motions in the gym with reasonable results, I've finally embarked on my first serious attempt at body building. Training macrocycle is all planned out, just hoping to keep my nutrition in check with MFP.

All going to plan, I'll be in the best shape of my life just in time for summer here in Australia (December).
