Share Your Keto Meal Plans

I am planning on starting Keto tomorrow (yikes). If you have a simple weekly meal plan you could share with me, I'd appreciate it. I have a basic plan but I'm afraid I'll get tired of it quickly and I'm struggling coming up with additional ideas.

    May I ask why you're choosing a plan that you're so wary of being able to maintain?

    Keto is simple. All you need for each meal is a protein, a low carb vegetable and/or fruit, and a fat.

    Examples:
    Breakfast - 2 eggs, sauteed spinach, and half an avocado; or chia seed pudding with coconut flakes and pecans; or sometimes I have leftover brisket and a salad for my first meal. Just depends on how I feel.

    Lunch - natural turkey slices, cheese, cucumber slices and guacamole, and a few raspberries; or smoked salmon, celery and cream cheese, olives, and some blackberries.

    Dinner - roasted chicken and a salad with a sugar free dressing; steak and asparagus with butter melted on both; or grilled salmon with cheesy mashed cauliflower.

    My advice is to keep it simple until you get the hang of it, and then start searching for new recipes if you run out of ideas. The options are endless. I just made Peruvian causa rellena and substituted the potato in the recipe for cauliflower. You can make almost anything keto. Good luck!
