Not sure if this is the correct place to put it and if its not I'm sorry. But I would like to thank everyone for sharing their stories, and also share a small accomplishment of mine. 30 days into logging and I'm down 10. For me it was always not eating enough and once i started logging my meals I have made it a conscious effort to eat at least 3 meals. I've been starting every morning with a smoothie(never been a breakfast person), then a grilled chicken wrap or a salad for lunch, for dinner we have been Yummlying(Pretty sure that's not a term) a meal that looks good.
